I was expecting because of that article that acceptance letters would come out this week. Other than the one person, it doesn't sound like anyone has heard yet.

Well, at least we didn't hear of anyone getting rejected yet! And.............certainly not all 19,000 people who applied so far read this board.

But, it is rather annoying--if they are 'rolling admissions', then let them start rolling............
Other schools with rolling admissions started sending out decisions in October.

BTW--my stats

92.3 avg
1660/2400 :-(
but applied for DUS/Summer
Great ECs
Dad is alum

Anyone think I have a chance?

I know a couple kids that already got acceptance letters for the Berks campus. I guess it makes sense that U.Park takes a bit longer.

cbd, you're in! I had the same SAT score last year with 95.06 average and got in Fall engineering. If you applied for DUS, you should be in for Fall.

lk129-- I hope you are right. I'm so nervous--its the only place I really want to go!!!!I'm afraid since I'm borderline, I won't hear until the end of January, and its killing me. I applied the last week in August, GC sent transcripts early September. I'm in the middle of the yellow dots on the chart though, so I'm hoping summer/DUS will help there. My schedule is fairly strong, 2 A/Ps this year, honors classes other years, 4 years same foreign langauage, 4 lab sciences, calculus, etc.

^Dude. I got into Fall engineering without taking 4 years of math. I only took stupid algebra, geometry, and trig put together.

don't mean to sound stupid but what is DUS?

DUS is the divison of undergraduate studies. it's what the undecided majors go into

(and you don't sound stupid for asking that haha)

I have a 1680 on my SAT's and a 3.79 GPA with sister and Dad that went there. Do you think I have a chance?
