so i'm applying for college right now, and i've chosen some pretty good ones like cornell and USC. the other day i forged a parents signature for a lunch release form for school (the school lost the original one so i just did another one) and got caught. i fessed up quickly though, and the VP said the consequence would be one semester lunch release privilege revoked.

would this be considered a minor disciplinary action?

would this be put on my official high school transcript?

if so, am i doomed for college apps?

thanks people.
