Hey, so I never submitted my disciplinary history form for Pomona. Can I still submit one, and will this have any effect on my admissions decision? (I haven’t had any disciplinary issues at my HS)
Were you notified that your application was incomplete? Sounds like something that should be coming from your GC anyway. I’d be surprised if they let students self report disciplinary history. Considering that decisions are possibly coming out on Friday, you should check into this asap.
I thought it said on the portal something along the lines of “Without a disciplinary history form, we will be unable to release your decision, but the committee will still review your application.” Does anyone remember this? I can’t find the form to fill out anywhere on their website, which makes me think that my counselor needs to send something in.
yes, it’s something your counselor needs to submit. anyone who didn’t submit the form can’t be admitted.
I’d get it in ASAP as decisions are coming out soon, or you won’t get a decision in time. Have your counselor call admissions and they’ll guide them through it.
But I’m not going to be rejected because of this oversight, right? As long as I get the form in, my application will still be okay?
Should be fine. As pointed out it said your application was still reviewed. But I know that those who don’t submit in time of when Pomona releases decisions are rejected, so you don’t want to wait too long.
Hi, could you please provide an update for whatever happened with this please?
