<p>It depends on the nature of the suspension for one. I would not hold back applying to a school based upon this though. Just make sure when you do apply, mention the nature of the disciplinary suspension in the appropriate place in the application. Be transparent about it.</p>
<p>Also, ask admissions staff this question and get their advice on how to best mention this aspect of your application. Talk to both admissions at he schools you are applying and also your undergraduate institution.</p>
