<p>My question is this: If I was caught cheating in my 10th grade, and it was put on my permanent record as academic dishonesty, but it is expunged, do I have identify myself as having a discipline record on the Common Application?</p>
<p>Some other useful information: I know there is a question on the College App for counselor's that asks if the counselor knows if the student has ever been involved in a disciplinary infraction at that school. The cheating incident was at a different school, so the counselor's answer to this question will presumably be no.</p>
