Disclose Transcipts?

I am a 27 year old wanting to finally go back to school and earn my long desired degree in dental hygiene. It has been almost 10 years since my high school graduation. Since then I have been working of course but I had tried the community college route a few times too. My heart wasn't in it then and I let life's distractions steer me off my educational course. I never even finished enough to count as one semester.
So, now that I am fully prepared to educate myself for my future career, how do I not have the failed/withdrawn classes on my transcripts haunt me? I have a couple first semester attempts at one community college and then a few years later I moved to a new state and have an unfinished first semester there as well. DO I have to disclose all college transcipt info? The college I am applying to is a tech college so no special admissions. After you finish their AA degree and you can decide to do the BS with them or not. Anyway I just don't want to have to bring down my college GPA anymore than I have to. Will the admissions people have some sort of database to see that I have not been to colleges anywhere else, same state or otherwise, if i decide not to disclose??

Hope this make SOME sense lol :) advice greatly appreciated- thanks!

Yes, you have to disclose them. For one thing, if you accept any financial aid and don’t disclose past college attendance (which may affect your eligibility for aid) then that is fraud. More importantly to you, there is an organization called National Student Clearinghouse set up to provide exactly this information; they claim to have data on over 90% of people that have attended college. So the odds are over 90% that you’ll be caught.
