Discount / pre-paid dry cleaner?

After envisioning the wrinkles expected after boxing up / unpacking the piles of clothes…is there one in T-Town?

we dont put many, if any, clothes in boxes. if you are taking two cars, you can hang her hanging clothes on a bar in the backseat of one car. if there are too many hanging clothes for the car bar, then there are too many for the closet.

we pack clothes in suit bags and underbed bags from walmart. then you can unpack those items right into the closet and drawers without having to refold anything or put anything on a hanger. then once unpacked, those bags can be folded up and stored for next year. some of the clothes (winter) can stay packed in the underbed bag until needed. these will fit under the bed or behind rolling carts in closet.

there’s my helpful tip for the day. :)

The MOVE IN presentation at Panhellenic Preview said “No Hangers” but I guess suit bags would be a great solution as there would be no “loose” hangers.

Dry cleaners???

we have always moved in on our own without the help of the moving helpers.

if you get there the night before move in and go in and ask nicely, they will probably let you get started with move in. you could just move in the hanging clothes if you want.

we have not used a dry cleaner in tuscaloosa.
