<p>You should definitely apply EA with your stats - without a doubt. You would, in the worst-case scenario, be deferred to regular admissions. </p>

<p>The admittance rate for EA is substantially higher than in RA. Granted, the applicant pool is stronger for EA, but I know a lot of kids who applied EA and were flat out denied, but only because the adcom is confident they would also be denied in regular admissions. Their stats were like top 15-25%, 29 ACT, 1320 SAT, etc.</p>
