Discplinary Probation

<p>So long story short I got on disciplinary probation (through till spring 2014…****ing bureaucrats extended it for no reason) for smoking weed in my dorm.</p>

<p>I am now a sophomore.</p>

<p>I have since stopped smoking weed and am totally focused on my school career.</p>

<p>Will an employer be able to see my disciplinary probation after I graduate? (after the probation comes off my transcript) Because I know they keep it on file for 7 years, even though it’s not on the transcript after the probation period.</p>

<p>If I try to get an internship at some place during the summer, will they be able to see this disciplinary probation?</p>

<p>If I try to transfer to another university will they see my disciplinary probation?</p>

<p>Will I be able to join the military?</p>

<p>They’re not letting me stay on campus anymore which is terrible because I just want to live at the village but this terrible thing keeps catching up with me.</p>

<p>I’m freaking out now and I messed up my life because of this incident. It probably wouldn’t be so bad if it was alcohol, but marijuana is completely different.</p>

<p>I wanted to go into Investment Banking as an analyst, but they probably wouldn’t hire me because of this.</p>

<p>What am I to do…I feel like my life is over.</p>

<p>edit: What if I apply for a foreign university, will the university look at my current transcript etc, or do I get a “fresh start”? I’m an American although I was raised in another country and have citizenship there.</p>
