I'm really struggling in my Discrete Structures 1 for CS math course. I have been meeting with a tutor, but I also have what I consider to be a pretty bad professor. So even with a tutor, I need more help understanding the material when I'm at home. We are using the 6th ed. textbook titled "Discrete Mathematics and Its Applications" by Kenneth H. Rosen, but I don't love the book either. I'm looking for any additional recommendations for textbooks, websites, or youtube channels that could be helpful in understanding the material. There are some great math youtube channels out there, but I have yet to find a really good one that covers discrete math topics. I have searched myself for books etc, but haven't really found anything that route either.
From those with experience, are there any additional materials you can recommend? I really want to understand this stuff, but it feels like our class time is wasted, and I need more help at home! Thank you!!
