<p>I realize that most boarding schools present themselves as accepting environments for all people. However, I also know that everywhere you go there is bound to be racism, religious and gender discrimination, homophobia, etc. I know about the St. Paul's/Deerfield scandals, etc. and was just wondering if anyone had ever encountered or been the victim of discrimination while at BS.</p>
<p>Andover is suffocatingly PC so if any black/gay/Jewish/other oppressed minority bashing ever happens kids get DCed for it. You'll be okay.</p>
<p>The only thing to worry about is the Republican club's flaming hatred for affirmative action and the Taylor Hall/jock crowd's rambunctiousness, particuarly in regards to how none of us share the administration's 200 years worth of white guilt. But none of that will bother you unless you allow it too.</p>
