not me yet

Incompetent fools. They are late.

CC shut down at the wrong time.

^ Indeed, but it certainly was not surprising.

Well, it appears that notification was not received by those with Hotmail email service providers, including myself. If it does not arrive within a reasonable amount of time, it is probably safe to assume that notification must come via postal mail - sometime next week.

still nothing for me. huh

I did not get any mail …waiting to hear from Harvard.

I haven’t received any email, and it’s been more than five hours since the result was released.
Is it a problem with Hotmail account? I see one person having that problem. Anyone else?
Should I just wait till the mail packet arrive? Do I receive a mail even though I get rejected or waitlisted?

I haven’t received an email either, which is kind of driving me crazy. I’m assuming it’s a rejection, because I didn’t get in at Princeton or Yale, but I need to have that sense of confirmation! Plus, someone posted that they got in at Harvard but rejected at Princeton and Yale…so I guess it could happen.

I am also waiting for the email from Harvard. I have a hotmail account.

Am I the only one who is still waiting for an email from Harvard…?

Congratulations, Handala. So is it going to be Stanford or Yale for you?

so has anyone here not received their decision email yet?

Wait list … sheeeezzzzus …

Waitlisted, pretty friggin’ shocked. I’m not sure if I’m going to accept my spot, though. I just think it’d be weird to go to a school where I was their second choice. My mom might make me accept it anyway, ha.

Congrats to those accepted, and for those not, remember that these things tend to work themselves out. I have Northwestern as an RTVF major, so I’m pretty excited!

All those with Hotmail who haven’t gotten an email-

"We expect that about 5% of our emails will be undeliverable. …Some service providers will not accept our emails when we send a large volume of messages through their servers at one time…If you do not receive your email decision, your official letter will arrive by post within a few days. We will be unable to accommodate requests for duplicate emails. "

I got this from the Harvard website…I guess it sort of sucks to be us Hotmail users : )Any Hotmail people get an email yet?

Rejected, but I’m going to PRINCETON!!

Lynelle Ye got waitlisted. That’s simply not right.

2nd siemens, 4th intel, rsi, cgmo gold (best female high school mathematician in the country). W T F

^You can’t know what the admissions committee is thinking. I know some URMs with better stats who were flat out rejected.

hm, so did the 3rd place girl at siemens. The other two intel finalists I know got in though.

do you all realize how boring college would be if they only took who we consider the “best applicants”?

to whoever haven’t received Harvard email, you may check you “spam” or “junk mail” folder. my D finally dug out hers from her “Spam” folder after waited and wondered for more than 2 hours.
