If disqualified, can you reapply to a different college, neglecting your transcripts at current CSU and reapply to another CSU as if you're a college transfer, or do you need to get into good graces within current CSU before reapplying?

What is disqualified? Expelled? SAP problem? When you apply to any college, you must submit all transcripts form any college you attended, and there is a central database they check. Also your debt must be in good standing.

I was disqualified due to low gpa, I was told I needed to get within good standing 2.0 before I could apply to another college or reapply for reinstatement, but I was wondering if that was the case or if I could apply elsewhere before hand. Thanks.

Try going to a CCC to get your GPA up, then reapplying to your CSU. Talk to your college GC to see what other alternatives they can recommend.

I’m currently seeking other alternatives, but I was told that I need to raise my GPA taking courses at the University I was disqualified from, paying per unit, being allowed to only tak up to 24 units that apply towards my major in the event that I am reinstated into the school.

You have to send any and ALL college transcripts to any college to which you apply. Admissions offices can and do check with the national clearing house which lists all of the schools which you have attended.

"…I was told that I need to raise my GPA taking courses at the University I was disqualified from, paying per unit…"

Why don’t you want to follow those instructions?

what makes you think disqualification in one CSU will make your qualification in another?

That’s the course of action I am currently taking, but I was just seeing if there are any other alternatives. The reapplication process and 24 unit limit creates a year of dead space, waiting for a possible acceptance letter.
