<p>Does anyone know if a course credit taken to satisfy a disciplinary area (Hu, So, Sc) requirement can also be used to satisfy a skills category (writing, QR, language)?</p>

<p>For example, if I take English 120, does that count towards both Hu disciplinary area requirement and writing skills requirement?</p>

<p>D asked her college dean that exact question. The answer is “No, the same course can only count toward one category.” However, that category is allowed to change through time. It is optimized automatically by the registrar’s computer system.</p>
