If you are unable to join us for Diversity Hosting, we invite you to consider visiting us during Cornell Days from April 8-19, 2010. For more information on Cornell Days, please visit: cornelldays.cornell.edu.

We look forward to seeing you in April!

Thank God for minorities

I JUST CALLED THE OFFICE OF DIVERSITY!

“Don’t panic!”

Those who received this letter are in fact ACCEPTED! =D Congratulations!

Those who haven’t received this letter yet, IT’S OKAY! As they look through the applicant pool, it goes through some stages. a few Hard acceptance, a few hard rejection, and the maybes go off into another pile and they review that Again and repeat the process. Those who got the letter were simply picked out first. After the first few stages they collected the minorities in the ACCEPTED pile, and sent them the email.

OTHER MINORITIES STILL EXIST IN THAT “MAYBE” PILE!
THey haven’t finished picking their class, not yet. Decisions go out April 1st. The lady I spoke with said they have stopped going through the admitted pile and sending out emails, and they will simply sent an email to all the minorities who were accepted and didn’t get it already on April 1st.

So it’s aww-right =]
