diversity questions on A&M

I've just recently been accepted into A&M and im really considering enrollment here but I've been reading around and it seems to me that A&M aren't accepting of those that are not conservative and white?!? Maybe all this information im hearing is outdated and just completely biased, but I would like the hear some opinions on how diverse it is. Im asian and I would really like to hear your opinions on how somebody like me would fit in. Im rather liberal which is why I applied to UT but unfortunately I got CAPPED =/. Any input on how life at A&M is like would be awesome! Thanks

Not as much as diversity as some other schools but yeah.

Thought you got accepted by UT?

I really thought I was going to get in, pretty much everyone I asked including my counselor told me I was a shoo-in but obviously not =/. I guess I spoke to soon.

I hope I get in cause I’m Cuban :P

LOL accepted??? an accepted liar!

What were you stats michaelt817? If you weren’t top 10%, you are not a shoe-in for UT at all.
