If my parents are divorced and a college application asks for parental information (like FSUs for example), do I put both of them down anyways?

I live with my mom and my dad (I still talk to him) lives in another country now. He doesn't make chile support payments but he still sends money when needed.

Any help? I'm kind of at a loss of what I should put down here.

If you are applying for financial aid you will have to include your father’s information so you might as well put it on the application.

If FA is not involved, it could be your choice, but since you do have contact with your dad I think you should include him. Colleges should have him as an emergency contact even if he lives out of the country. Electronic communication keeps everyone accessible.
