<p>We did not get the DNA packet in my son's permit to report packet. We think that will be taken care of on I Day. Does anyone know what to do about the DNA?</p>
<p>peskemom did the research on this for us...as I understand it, there was no DNA form in the packet. Check out some of the previous threads on the permit to report packets.</p>
<p>there was a page of additional notes included in our son's packet- included on it was reference to the DNA forms- they were not included, and from what was written, will be done on I-day.</p>

<p>I contacted the academy and was informed that they intentionally left it out. So you should disregard any reference to it.</p>
