I am a sophomore and have 800's in Chemistry and Math IIC. Do additional SAT II's really help chances for college admissions? Do colleges even look at more than 2 scores? I'm wondering if I should take the SAT for Physics, US History, Spanish etc., classes which I will be taking next year.

yeah sure why not lol.

Should I take only SATS I have a reasonable chance at an 800 or just a bunch of them?

First, congrats on your great scores! I didn't even take IIC. Anyway, I would take at least three, since Harvard and Yale require three. Spanish/foreign languages have super-harsh curves, so unless you are incredible, avoid those. I took US history this may after AP US, but if you aren't taking AP, your class may not cover everything. Physics, I don't know, but take some practice tests to see where you stand.

I don't really see how taking more than 3 will help you though, IMHO.
