Do admissions offices consider major awards/good test scores earned at the end of senior year?

I am currently passionately working on many big projects that will hopefully come in handy when trying to differentiate myself from the crowd. However, many of these possibilities will happen at the end of senior of year, when admission deadlines are long passed. Will they even be able to see these? Or would it be too late?

Too late, unless you are deferred. Decisions come out usually by March 31 and decisions are due May 1.

Clearly any accomplishments and developments that occur after the decisions have been made could not have contributed to them. Some truly major awards are so impressive that just being nominated or on the short list warrants mention in the app.

But if you are waitlisted or are requesting additional merit money or other such thing after regular decisions are made, they can possibly make impact

Also, AP test scores, results from DE college courses may be accepted by your college depending on its policies.

If you are on a WL, they could help you move off it. And if you choose to transfer, yes. But otherwise, no. The projects will be finished after decisions are made.

Agree with above. If you have been nominated, shortlisted, recommended, etc… for something reasonably important, that’s probably worth mentioning in additional information on the app. If you receive word about such things, and it’s before decisions are released, emailing the regional admissions rep and the admissions office with an update is fine.
