<p>When a college says "Decisions will be sent by April 1" does that mean EVERYONE applying to that college will get their decision on April 1 or do they come separately up until April 1?</p>
<p>They generally all come out on a certain day at a certain.
EX: NYU might send out decisions March 28th at 5:00 (hypothetically speaking) and everyone should be able to see their decision at that time.</p>
