Do all my SAT 2 scores appear in my collegeboard record ?

I actually took the math level 2 exam three times and I was wondering whether or not my past low scores would appear in my sent collegeboard record ( considering that I need to send scores of other subjects that I took on the same day as my past math 2 exams )

When sending already existing scores, you can exercise score choice and choose not to send particular subject test scores, even if sending others from the same test day. However, if the college requires all scores you are supposed to send the all.

drusba is correct – more information on CollegeBoard’s Score Choice can be found here[/url”>Send SAT Scores to Colleges - SAT Suite | College Board]here.

So if choose to send my Biology E score on a certain date, would my college be able to view my past scores of that subject in the collegeboard sent record, or would only the score with my desired date show in the record ?

Only the desired score will be sent with your record if you use score choice.

If that’s the case, then why do most of the people advise against taking the SAT 2’s multiple times ? ( they say that taking it more than twice will be looked down on by colleges or viewed as a negative sign ! ) I don’t understand why they’re advising against it if eventually only one score will show up in my record ?!

Usually people are advised not to re-take them because you’ll see something like, “I got a 780 on Math II, should I re-take it?”. There is absolutely no benefit to re-taking a 780 – it would just be a waste of time, money, and a Saturday morning.

Plus, many colleges have specific policies that prohibit you from using Score Choice.

Your original question related to what you could physically send to colleges through College Board. There are issues involved other than what College Board will send. There are colleges which require SAT subject tests and require you to provide them with the scores for all such tests you have taken. Thus, regardless of what CB may allow you to send, you must comply with the colleges’ rule and send everything. Also, you should check what your high school does. Many put all your scores on your official high school transcript that is sent to colleges.
