do all schools require 60 units to be completed prior to transfer?

This may sound like a stupid question but I wasn't sure.
I know UCs require 60 units prior to transfer (not including summer sessions of the transferring year)
but does almost every school have a similar policy?

Take Washu as an example.
I don't recall reading 60 units as a requirement anywhere from their website,
but I just wanted to make sure just in case I run into a problem, of course, IF i do get in.

I'm thinking of dropping a class which would leave me to 57 units by the end of the semester
and I'm wondering if that could be a problem once I'm admitted to the school.
please advise!!

No, policies will vary.

Have you called them and asked?

Actually, most schools that I've run into do NOT require the whole 60 units thing. And I know for a fact that WashU doesn't, because I know many people who transferred in here after only one semester or one year of college work.

OP - it's the other way around. Most schools won't accept more than 60 credits, though the minimum to apply as a transfer is typically just one semester (a/b 15).
