Do any college require that you send in a picture of what you look like?

<p>What is the purpose of this? Is it to discriminate against certain applicants. Do some colleges use interviews partly for the same reasons? By the way its just a thought.</p>

<p>Um...never heard of it being a requirement. I know William and Mary has it listed as a optional supplement you can send in, along with teacher recommendations and SAT II's, but those are just extras. </p>

<p>I know Columbia allows you to submit a photo but it's not required and usually I think it's so they can recognize applicants who they may have met over summer or something. Not sure though so take that with a grain of salt.</p>

<p>georgetown said they wanted one but i dont think it was required</p>
