Do any colleges require all SAT II scores?

I'm a homeschooled rising senior, and I've currently taken three SAT IIs. Here are my scores:

Mathematics, Level 2 - 800
Biology E - 730
Literature - 730

Next fall, I'm planning to take the physics SAT II since (1) Caltech wants 750+ on two math/science tests and (2) Princeton engineering requires either Physics or Chemistry. As long as I'm going to be there, I might try my hand at one or two extra SAT IIs, say, Chemistry and U.S. History. Neither of these are my best subjects, and I wouldn't spend too much time preparing for either test, so I might score below 700.

If I do badly on these tests, are there any colleges that will require me to send in my scores, or can I use score choice at all colleges?

Yale and Penn come immediately to mind as requiring all your subject scores. Check each college’s admissions website.

My S is a raising senior who has done very well in his AP Math courses but, not so good in SAT 2 Math. Does he need to take SAT II Math in order to apply to Engineering or does it go by each college ?? Please share any experience with NC colleges.

@mom2carolina: Many colleges, especially tech schools, require the SAT II Mathematics exam. Just Google “_______ testing requirements” where _______ is a college name.
