Co-ed bathrooms would be weird, so I’m pretty sure thats a no. However, I believe most of the freshman dorms have communal bathrooms, with the exception of Millennium. So, boys and girls will have separate bathrooms, but each one has multiple toilet/shower stalls and sinks for people to use.
There are 7 freshman residence halls. two of them are suite style, in which you have the bathroom in your own room. In the four traditional halls, you share the bathroom with your floor, whom are all the same gender as you. And in the hybrid hall (Millenium Hall), you have individual bathrooms that you share with others on your floor, who, again, are all the same gender as you.
I don’t know where you got the idea of Co-Ed bathrooms at Drexel. I think you might be confusing us with 22 jump street:
