Do any MBA programs in Europe consider african americans/latinos hooks?

If I were to apply from the USA?

Doubt Latino would fly at ESADE (in Barcelona, where Latinos are probably ORM) or, for that matter any school in the EU zone. As to african american - not their problem. Perhaps there is some advantage if you were a citizen of a colony (or former colony) of a European country, but I don’t think the UK feels that way about the US.

European universities generally admit by stats only, no hooks for anything for anyone.

^^ what @TomSrOfBoston said, but your work experience will also matter for a good MBA program.

@TomSrOfBoston and @collegemom3717, though MBA programs may be different. Schools like LBS and INSEAD are interested in shaping a student body, not just stats.
