For the Halloween thread - last year I bought a coffin shaped box of candy to send to my S. I thought that was all it was. Well - when you moved it (like trying to open the top or just shaking) it would grown and make a creaking sound. I didn’t realize it until I took it to the post office. Wonder how many looks that got on it’s trip to school!!!
He got it and thought it was really funny as did others on his floor. Sometimes the things that strike them is really an accident or our part!!!

Last year, I spent hours looking for a crawling, growling brain to send S for halloween. The only one I found was on ebay for 20 bucks, so didn’t get it.

This year, I just sent sourbats and chocolate pumpkins from See’s. S doesn’t want a lot of junk in room, so he is happy with edibles. I really wanted to send him a howling, flying monkey, or a creaking coffin… but decided to respect his wishes.

Thanks for reminding me that it is time to send D some Halloween treats! See’s candy is her favorite. May be I can wrap them in one of her “too-warm-for-Boston” sweaters!

This store in Seattle is the place for gag gifts and silly stuff (and they ship, too!):

[Archie McPhee® Toys, Gifts & Novelties](http://www.mcphee.com/)

OMG, they have squirrel underpants! That’s funny! I’ll have to stop by their store on Monday.

squirrelunderpants.com! What’ll they think of next?

<< I do the Christmas M&M’s>>
Last year for my sister’s birthday I ordered from mms website. You can personalize the M&M’s. I think I put #1 Sis. Kind of pricey, but she loved it, and everyone else wanted to know how they too could be a #1 sis.

I sent my son 14 pounds (yes 14 pounds) of halloween candy that I bought the day after halloween forhalf off or more. It should arrive today. Hopefully the chocolate didn’t melt!!

Sent off some really crazy paisley tights that her sister picked out. Easy to ship! Might keep her legs warm!
