Thanks to the poster on another thread who found Hopkin's undergrad AP credit policy. It appears as though Hopkins only grants credit for math/science/language APs. Does Hopkins allow humanities major students to use their AP credits towards distribution requirements for graduation? That is, could a Humanities student use AP Calc, and AP Chem or Physics scores to "test out" of math/science distribution requirements, or are all Humanities students required to take some math and science courses at Hopkins? Thanks, Ms. L

Your AP credits can be used towards distribution requirements. You do not have to use them exclusively for major requirements

Thanks, Spanglish! Ms. L
