Do AP econ grades have any relation to majors in Business?

I'm a senior in high school now and I'm taking AP macro and ap micro econ together as one class. So far its very difficult for me and my grade is hovering around a B-/C+. Should i be worried if I am planning to major in business in college? specifically information systems management? thanks

i don’t know i’m just a stupid high school kid, doesn’t hurt to ask;

i was not expecting advice from a sarcastic dointer though,

plscatamacchia - you are probably the most ignorant fool I have ever seen on a forum. I have seen several of your posts and you are a total dumb ****.

As far as your AP class goes, don’t worry about it. Try your best you can and just the learn everything you can that relates to business.

Especially going into the IT (IS field). It is all about the “Big picture” in IT. How can you help the business/organization by utilizing technologies. This has a lot to do with knowledge in every area of the business because you need to be able assess every aspect of an organization including external factors such as “how does the economy now affect our current projects?”.

A lot of the detailed economic concepts and formulas you will never use again. But computing mathematical and real-life situations helps build analysis skills which are important as an IS major.

Good luck with your class.
Best advice you can have is, go MAD.

“Make a Difference”

Don’t be someone who just uses their position and just does enough to get by.

^ That’s one of the most pathetic post I’ve ever seen

Thanks for the advice, i appreciate it

and plscatamacchia@
im not even going to bother with u

plscatamacchia- either you’re unemployed, divorced, a 40 yr old virgin, or any combination of the three, because all I see is your smart a** making stupid comments when people are looking for serious, helpful advice

mladenp,

You should probably be worried, for macro and micro economics courses are considered to be intro business courses, and they are usually the most easiest. I assume that you are probably have a bad teacher, or not putting enough effort.

why would I work for an adult that has so little of a life that he makes lame a** comments to high schoolers? It’s ok to be a loser, though. I’m sure there are some perks, like…well…why don’t you tell me?
