Do colleges break down the ACT?

So my ACT composite is a 29:

English: 31
Reading: 31
Math: 28
Science: 27
Writing: 10/12

It is obvious that I am a lot stronger in the English/Reading/Writing department than I am in the Math/Science department. I am applying to be a Public Relations major so math and science aren't extremely important in that field. Do you think colleges take into consideration that my composite is low due to my low scores in subjects I do not care to continue in?

Hope that makes sense! Thanks

^^ Not trying to say I don’t care about math and science- but they are just not my strongest subjects and I really don’t wish to have a career in them

Your composite is not THAT much lower than your specific English scores (only 2 lower). They will probably look at the breakdown to get a general idea of your strengths and weaknesses, but the composite will be the most important when it comes to admissions. Most schools want a well-rounded student. You should probably be fine, best of luck
