Hey guys this might sound a little confusing but I was wondering if UCs check your fall grades around the time you apply.
For example, if I was to apply next fall 18’ for fall 19’ would they consider my fall 18’ grades when they are released, or only the grades I put on the application. Thanks!
UC’s do not consider Senior grades for admission decisions if you are an in-coming Freshman. If you are a Transfer, you will update your Fall grades in January 2019 through the TAU.
Even though the UC schools don’t consider senior grades in admission keep in mind that does not give you carte blanche to skate. All admissions are conditional and they will ask for your final transcripts the summer after your senior year. The rules differs slightly between UC schools, the general rule is keeping a B average with no D or F grades. You need to check the specific campuses you are applying to. If you don’t meet the requirements they can rescind your admission
