Do colleges differentiate between the biology E and M subject tests?

I want to be an evolutionary biology/ecology major or concentration in college. I know more about molecular biology because I took AP Biology, but obviously I want to go into ecology. Should I take the Biology E or M subject test?

EDIT: Also, can you send subject test scores from different test dates? For example, if I took subject tests twice, and got a higher score on Math II on the first date but a higher biology score on the second date, can I send my higher scores?

No

The one you will score higher on. Try some practice tests to determine.
