Do colleges look at ACT/SATs?

More so state Universities, like University of Michigan, and Indiana. Do state schools really look into it?

What are you asking? Of course state schools look at your standardized test scores, that is generally considered to be "very important."

Absolutely!

...dude, that like asking "does college require my name?". Absolutely, most colleges require it. However, there are many good colleges (and it continue to grow) are abolishing SAT as a requiring-citing it unfair racially- one of them is the College of Holy Cross, there are other, but I dont know them all. State schools is even more oblige to take standardize test scores because they rely on academic more than anything. The UC would take SAT2 over SAT1, so they are the exception.

State Schools are more "numbers driven", so their is no doubt they will look at your standardized test scores.

The bigger the state school, the more likely they will be more interested in the "numbers".
