Do colleges look at highschool college credit when transfering?

Hello, I want to transfer to a UC from a CSU which I understand is very difficult. I have some credit from a CC I took when I was still in high school that transferred over to my CSU transcript.

When I attempt to transfer will colleges care more about only the CSU GPA or the CUMULATIVE(includes my CC credit) GPA? My school GPA is 3.91 and my cumulative is a 3.68. I know colleges no longer look at SAT when u transfer, so just wondering if this is the case with CC credit from high school.

If the HS CC classes are also UC transferable, they will be included in your transfer GPA.

I also have one more question.

When applying as a transfer to a UC, while writing my PIQ, can I talk about my high school days or only my 2 years in college?

Would it be weird to talk about highschool when I am in collegE?

Since HS grades and test scores are not considered for UC transfers, I would write about what you have accomplished/involved in now at your CC and not HS. They want to see that you have grown as a person in the last 2 years.
