Do colleges look at highschool second semester senior year grades for transfers?

I know that if you apply right after high school they can only look at first semester senior year.
However, that was because you don’t have 2nd semester grades in when you apply.

What about transfer students? Now you have your second semester of senior grades on your high school transcript. Do they look at them now? Do the second semester senior year grades count towards GPA? Lets assume you are transferring out after the first semester of college.

Yes.

The only exceptions would be if high school is not considered at all, such as for junior level transfers at some schools, or open admission schools like community colleges.

I agree with the post on top and also want to add state public schools ask for high school transcripts.

I just transferred from a private to a public as a junior and I had to submit my transcript.
