Do colleges look at individual sections of ACT?

Or do they just consider the overall score? Because I got a 35,34, and 33 in math english and reading but a 27 in science, bringing my overall score down to a 31. Do you think they will consider my much higher scores in the other sections? The science section was so weird it tripped me up haha, should've studied

No, not really. It’s the composite that matters except for schools like Gtech and Rose Hulman which ignore the science section.

They look at them, but composite matters most. Get that science up. Some schools like UChicago and Amherst superscore the ACT.
