Do colleges look at percentiles for state given exams?

I was wondering if the percentile you get on a state-given final exam mattered at all and whether colleges care about that?

You mean the state assessments.

no

Yeah that’s what I mean. Our school is making them optional and I was wondering if there was a point in mean taking them. Thanks for the response.

If you are concerned, check your in-state public universities, since they are the most likely ones to pay attention to state-specific exams. (although the likelihood even then is low).

They will see your AP (that you note), your SAT/ACT (that you note) and your GPA and transcript (to measure rigor).

What state?

Regardless, it’s extremely unlikely. I can’t speak for all states, but no school in PA that I’ve interacted with has ever expressed any interest in Keystone Exam scores.

I recall from many years ago that NY Regent exams were more important than Keystones are in PA, but see no indication that state universities use them.
