Do colleges judge you based on your highest score or do they judge you on both scores ?

They will look at both scores, compare them, and then decide which of the two will make you more competitive for admissions…

Lets say I have a 25 on the ACT and a 2300 on my SAT

would I look better if I were to have a 30 on the ACT and a 2300 on the SAT
?

2300 is sooooo much better. ACT just tests your knowledge in school, which your GPA already shows so ACT is pretty pointless. Just my 2 cents.

I would say the SAT is better, unless you get a 35 or 36 on the ACT, which is better than a 2400 as far as I know.
