Do colleges receive ALL SAT scores in one package?

I took the October SAT and chose to send all of my SAT scores (3 of them) to colleges on Oct 23. The scores were not sent until Nov 4 and as I checked my colleges’ applicant portals, 2 out of the 3 schools say that they have only received my Dec 2014 scores because the if they have already received my 2015 Oct scores, the highest Reading and Writing scores wouldn’t be still my Dec 2014 scores. So how did the colleges I apply to only receive just my Dec 2014 scores but not my 2015 Oct scores? How is that possible? Should I call Collegeboard or the 2 colleges to check?

CB sends all the scoress you request sent in one order at the same time. Many colleges never show all the scores they receive in your online application file but instead put in only the earliest test they receive because the portal you are looking at online is designed simply to show that you have met an application requirement not what your best or latest scores are, They have all scores and use the highest when determining admission.

For some reasons my SAT subject test scores are not on there as well. I’m so confused right now. I’ll have to give CB and my colleges a call tomorrow just to make sure.

When you have questions calling the college is usually the solution. As to subject test scores, you may have a similar issue. If the college does not require subject tests, it usually will not show receipt in your online application file.

Thanks drusba for your comment! Actually in my case subject tests are required so that’s why I feel a bit unsure whether they actually missed my other scores or not.
