Do colleges see all of your SAT II scores?

I'm really sorry if this has been asked before, but I couldn't find any specific threads about this or see this question being answered specifically.

I took SAT II chemistry today and I was thinking about cancelling it because I don't think I did that well. However, my friend told me that you can choose which SAT II scores to send and that the school doesn't see all of your scores. Is that true? Then that would mean that I wouldn't have to necessarily cancel my score, right? I'm definitely retaking and hoping for at least 750+. I think I got around a 650 today.

Assuming the college takes score choice. Yale, Stanford, Penn are among the many who do not accept score choice.

Thank you.
Is it likely that schools without score choice would penalize me if I don’t do that well the first time but do better the second time around?

No. They just consider the highest scores. you’re looked down upon if you take a test more than 3-4 times.
