SO my question is: Do colleges see your AP scores on an exam, even if you don't send them it?

So, for example, if I take a Biology AP this year, and I get a sore of 3, will colleges AUTOMATICALLY know I got that 3, or will they only know that I got a 3 IF I include that on my transcript. PLEASE HELP! I'M DESPERATE TO KNOW THE OFFICIAL ANSWER!

I don't want to take AP exams if colleges will automatically know my score, so please help.

“Someone else may have to re-confirm this :P”, but no you do not have to send the scores on the AP exams.

If you don’t want them to see the 3, just cancel the score because even if you don’t send them, depending on your school, your school might just send all of the AP scores.

How long after I get the scores back do I have to cancel my scores?

You self report the AP scores. If you want the college to receive the AP report, then you have to go to College Board and request them to send it to the college. If there are several tests on the same date, you can let the College Board know which scores you want sent. It costs I think around $10.00, or something like this I forgot. It is entirely your choice and decision whether or not you inform the college to which you are applying.
Send just the good scores, send nothing, whatever. You don’t have to cancel any score, the College Board will not send scores until request them to do so.

Jeez, a 3 means you passed. That’s good enough. You don’t need to get 5s on every exam for Harvard or Northwestern or Berkeley or whatever to accept you. Personally, I think them knowing that you took the exam and passed is better than them not seeing that you took the exam and wondering why you don’t have a score for it.
