Do colleges see quarter grades or only term grades?
If a school sends them quarter grades will the admissions reviewers consider the quarter or term grades?
<p>You can request quarter grades to be sent, but generally schools only send semester grades (what's on your official transcript). My grades were low-ish for my first three years of high school, then I kicked hard during my senior year, got a 4.0, and got accepted ED to Reed. I had to request that my quarter grades got sent, though.</p>

<p>The college I applied to ED asked my counselor for my first quarter grades (without ever telling me). I think this is standard for the school.</p>
