Do colleges send rejections and acceptances at the same time?

<p>I been finding out some places I applied will be sending admission letters at the end of March. So do they send out both the letters at the same time?</p>

<p>If not the same time, within in a day. Those that post on-line will have all decisions at the same time: A/R/WL.</p>
