Do colleges that superscore give important to other scores?

My SAT scores are 2160 and 2050 respectively. But my superscore comes out to be 2250. Now, my question is as the colleges will receive both the score and while they may claim that they superscore, they are anyway going to see both the scores, so won’t my lower score in my second attempt harm my application? Or do colleges only see the super score and not the individual scores?

BUMP

I think I’ve heard about colleges where the computer automatically superscores the test results, and that’s all the admissions officers see (but I’m not 100% sure if this is actually the case or not, or if at every top college). Regardless, even if the people reading your file do see all your test results, I do not believe the lower scores harm you. Otherwise, there would be no point in superscoring it if they wanted to take into account your lower scores.

Why would they say they superscore if they really don’t? They will look at the highest score in each subtest as a measure of your ability.
