do colleges think that one is capable of an 800 M even if...

... i get like 750 M and 740 M on consecutive tries? Like will they think "w/ a little more luck this guy cuda gotten 800" or will they say "well, he's not quite the 800 caliber guy. he probably couldn't get the last 2 or 3 cuz they were 2 hard for him"?

just wondering cuz i only fell short due 2 stupid mistakes on the sat, but then again im kinda giving up 50 points...

and prolly ma last post here ever in sat forums. i’m done w/ sat, as is my brother who uses this same account. here’s 2 tha new generation of losers after me!

Adios Rishmeister! And no, colleges will think no less of you for getting a 750.
Hope to see you in the ivy forums, maybe? Or somewhere around this forum.

You are no mathematical lightweight with a 750 but most colleges plug your scores into some formula to determine how many points your SAT scores go towards your admission. So a 750 will not gain you as many points as an 800 but you will not be viewed any differently. I had a 750 M on the November test and I am taking it again for that reason. Two stupid mistakes cost me 50 points and that is just too much.
