Not that it has happened yet, but I wondering if I need to get good second semester senior grades in case I am waitlisted at some schools. Do colleges usually look at third quarter grades when picking people off the waitlist? Would it be a good idea to do well this quarter in that case?
Ordinarily, yes–and even if they don’t have a policy of requesting that info, if you want to be considered for admission off the waitlist, you should probably do well in that quarter and submit your grades.
