Do double degrees help?

One university (University of Western Ontario in Canada) I'm applying to offers several combinations of double degree programs, and I'm particularly interested in two of them. The first one is a bachelor of engineering science and a bachelor of science with a major in computer science, and the second one is a bachelor of engineering science and an honors in business admnistration. I'd also like to note that I would like to pursue an MBA degree several years after working, and that I'm interested in chemical engineering the most right now.

How useful are the second degrees for landing a job? Which one is more useful? Do chemical engineers use computers in ways that the computer science degree will really help? Is it still necessary to get an MBA if I wanted to get into management positions later on?
