<p>Party through the honor system (because you’ll be quickly denied if it’s discovered you’ve lied), through whatever your teachers or counselor mention in their recommendations, through the college interview, and through whatever verification a college admission officer might do (contacting the organization you claim to work for, googling your name + award you’ve listed, etc) if the award is big enough to make a difference on your application.</p>
