Hi everyone.

I'm an international student hoping to apply to MIT in 3 years to do a Masters. I was wondering if doing SATs would help my application at all or are they even looked for at this level?

Thanks

No, SATs aren’t considered for graduate school applications. Many departments require the GRE (Graduate Record Exam), though, which is a very similar test also administered by the College Board.
